I can't remember better service in any segment of my life. Recently, I backslid and ordered merchandise from one of your competitors (Directvideoanddvd). I have learned my lesson. I ordered from them on December 12. My check cleared my bank on December 19. I finally received my order on January 27, 2006. One of their DVDs was a duplicate of one I earlier purchased from you. Very Pleased Customer Dear Mallcom, I knew that your company worked fast but I honestly was not expecting my package yet. In the past, I would receive a confirmation e-mail, informing me that my order had been received, also, another confirmation e-mail stating that my order had been shipped.
